Dr. Sonna is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in New Mexico. She also holds New Mexico licenses in school psychology, school counseling, teaching of modern languages, and teaching of English as a second language. She is the author of twelve parenting books, a professor of Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, a distance master's program headquartered in Canada.  She currently resides in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and provides psychological consultations via telephone and online chat.
